Refund policy

Hello!

We are a business which works closely with our suppliers to provide made-to-order products. Therefore when you place an order with us, we tell our suppliers to make the product especially for your order. We do not hold any stock or keep a long inventory list in order to keep our prices as low as possible but keeping the quality high. 

We offer a quality guarantee, and you can expect to receive your order on time, and free from defects.   

Important Note: To get the best price for you, we use multiple sources for our products therefore ordered items may not all be delivered at the same time but separately in some cases. 

Refund/Returns Policy

In an unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged or a defect, we can offer you a replacement or a full refund and let you keep the item (proof of this defect or damage will be required). This only applies within 14 days of purchase. 

As our products are made-to-order we cannot offer a refund, exchange for another product or replacement, other than the reasons outlined above. However, please reach out to us to see what we can do to help.
